为进一步贯彻落实暖警爱警措施，关心关爱民辅警心理健康状况，有效缓解民辅警工作压力，建立良好的自我心理防御机制和疏导渠道，凝聚警心，提振士气，激发活力，近日，新疆喀什市公安局组织培训班民辅警开展心理健康团体辅导活动。

活动中，心理辅导员为民辅警深入剖析了常见的心理问题，并结合公安工作实际，详细讲解了如何正确认识压力、应对负面情绪以及进行自我心理调适的实用技巧，为了让民辅警有更直观的体验，还组织了一系列心理健康训练和拓展活动，如 “拍拍操”“ 运球帷幄”“守护城池”“几人几脚”"剪纸" 等，这些活动不仅帮助民辅警放松了身心，还增进了彼此之间的沟通与信任，有效提升了团队协作能力。
