为进一步推动妇联工作高效开展，增进各科室之间的交流学习，2月14日下午，顺义区妇联组织召开2024年度科室负责人述职工作会。区妇联全体班子成员及机关干部30余人参加会议。

会上，各科室负责人依次汇报了2024年度工作完成情况和2025年工作计划，进行了交流汇报。汇报完毕后，由各分管领导结合实际工作逐一进行点评，真正达到总结经验、交流思想、促进提升的目的。

区妇联党组书记、主席肖雅文对大家一年来辛苦付出给予高度认可，充分肯定了各部室2024年工作取得的成绩，对新的一年工作提出了新的期望，并强调：

2025年是全面贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神、进一步全面深化改革的关键之年，是“十四五”规划收官之年，大家要审时度势、坚定信心，着眼全局，立足当下。

一是要加强政治引领。将妇联工作全面融入顺义发展的中心大局、融入顺义区现代化建设当中。要加强政治理论学习，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导实践，把习近平总书记对妇女儿童和妇联工作的重要论述、重要指示精神落到实处，形成顺义妇女工作的亮点特色和生动实践。

二是要加强自身学习。各机关干部要强化业务能力，提升沟通交流能力。对标优秀干部，学习优秀经验，充分发挥自身优势特长，共同推动区妇联各项工作稳步开展。

三是要做好示范表率。深入推进家庭家风建设工作，在维护妇女儿童合法权益上下功夫，有效发挥桥梁纽带作用，用心用情为全区广大妇女及家庭解难题、办实事、做好事，为顺义区妇女事业的蓬勃发展贡献力量。
