残疾人“两项补贴”自2024年1月1日起，全区困难残疾人生活补贴由每人每月100元提高至每人每月120元，重度残疾人护理补贴标准由每人每月200元提高至每人每月240元，提标20%。

面向全区地市、县区持续深化扶残助残社会工作服务项目，推动扶残助残社会工作服务项目覆盖到县一级，服务内容涵盖康复服务、辅具上门适配、残疾证帮代办，助浴助洁、心理疏导、困难残疾人救助、慰问帮扶等多样化服务。

制定《全区残联系统和残工委成员单位深化拓展“一问二讲三帮四送”为残疾人办实事活动实施方案》，各残工委成员单位及爱心企业聚焦困难重度残疾人基本生活短板和急难愁盼问题，自治区残联系统、34家自治区残工委成员单位和9家国有企业联系帮扶困难重度残疾人364人。
