《人间传染的高致病性病原微生物实验活动审批管理办法》解读

为了贯彻《中华人民共和国生物安全法》和《病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例》的有关要求，进一步完善实验活动审批制度，规范和加强实验室生物安全监管，国家卫生健康委对《人间传染的高致病性病原微生物实验活动审批管理办法》（以下简称《管理办法》）进行了修订。

《管理办法》包括四章，共二十五条。第一章总则，规定《管理办法》制定原则、适用范围、各方职责等。第二章实验活动的审批，主要明确了申请条件、申请材料、审批程序及批准部门等内容。第三章管理与监督，主要明确了实验室的设立单位及其主管部门、各级卫生健康主管部门监管职责、监管方式、监督检查等内容，并进一步明确了对于违反本《管理办法》行为相关的法律责任。
